Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please advise us of a change of plans as soon as possible so that we might accommodate others and at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a charge of $30 per traveller.

Late Arrivals

Travellers who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be evaluated as soon as we serve those who have arrived on time.
