Pre Travel
- Bring your vaccine booklet, if available, and a list of medications, if applicable.
- Don’t worry if you don’t have a vaccine booklet or if you forgot it at home!
- We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and Interac.
Post Travel
- You must have a valid Medicare card.
- A referral from a licensed physician may be required.
